If you’re here, you might be carrying more than most people realize — old wounds that show up in relationships, patterns that just won’t change, or questions about who you are and who you’ve had to be. You may feel stuck, disconnected, or simply tired of holding it all together. Maybe part of you is longing for clarity, softness, or self-trust, but you’re unsure how to get there. That’s where I come in.

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and the founder of Quiet Magic Therapy. I specialize in working with adults navigating complex trauma, identity exploration, and long-term emotional healing. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in cultural humility. Together, we’ll explore the patterns shaping your life and gently begin the work of coming home to yourself.

Healing isn’t always loud — there’s magic in the quiet work. I believe change happens in relationships that feel safe, curious, and attuned. In therapy, I offer a space for reflection, softness, and empowerment. This is a place to be fully yourself and to welcome the parts of you that have felt hidden or lost.

I have been in the field of psychology for over 10 years, and have trained in community mental health, university counseling, and medical settings. I earned my doctorate from The George Washington University and completed my APA-accredited internship at George Mason University. I currently provide teletherapy to adults across 40+ states — check your state here. If you’re ready for a space to feel seen and supported, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
